Our Human Resources Counseling Practice

We provide comprehensive advice and counsel to small-to-medium-sized businesses, drafting and preparing customized employee policies and procedures, including handbooks or policy manuals. For many of our corporate clients, we function similarly to corporate counsel, making ourselves available to participate in decision-making about such issues as disciplinary actions, internal investigations and separation/termination matters.
