Our Employment Litigation Practice

We represent employers as plaintiffs or defendants in all types of disputes arising in the workplace, including:

  • discrimination claims. We defend against all types of discrimination claims, such as violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Equal Pay Act and Title VII. These claims include allegations of discrimination based on age, gender, race, religion or national origin, as well as pregnancy or genetic information. We will also appear on your behalf in EEOC proceedings.
