We will work with you to address any issues regarding collateral, as well as title to the property.

We prepare all the documents necessary to finalize the deal, including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, mortgages, notes or financing instruments, liens, easements, or restrictive covenants. We review the closing statement in advance and will attend the closing with you to ensure that your interests are fully protected.

We also advise clients on a broad range of issues related to commercial leasing including the negotiation and preparation of commercial leases, litigation involving breach of a lease agreement, and eviction proceedings.
